When will I receive my order?
After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. We have a 1-4 business day lead time to allow our team to prepare, print and ship your order. Shipping times to your doorstep depend on the method you select at checkout, Standard shipping is typically 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout.

Can I return / refund my order?
Our products are printed specifically for each order, so all sales are considered final. Should you encounter any problems with your wallpaper or identify manufacturing defects, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@2dee.ca for assistance or to initiate an exchange
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, kindly reach out to us at support@2dee.ca within 6 hours of placing your order. Please note that samples and sale items are non-returnable and considered final sales.

Is your wallpaper permanent or removable?
Well, it's both! Our materials are meant to be removed if needed, but also as long-lasting as possible. With proper installation, our material lasts many many years!
What is the average lifespan of your material?
With proper installation, our products can last many many years!
Can I use wallpaper in high-moisture areas like bathrooms and kitchens?
Yes, you can! When installing in these environments keep in mind to make sure your surface is as dry as possible for the best adhesion.

We are proudly Canadian! Our products are all printed and shipped by our team in Toronto, Canada!
Can I use your wallpaper for commercial or office spaces?
Of course! Wallpaper and other vinyl products like window frost are the perfect options for adding personality and professionalism to commercial and office spaces.

Do your products work on every type of wall/surface?
Some surfaces like popcorn textured walls; heavy stucco; paints that contain latex/silicone, stain repellent, and nonstick formulas; and chalky textured surfaces such as cinder-block; concrete or brick, may prevent proper adhesion.
The more flat the surface, the better adhesion. It is standard practice to allow recently painted surfaces to dry for 30 days and outgas before installation.
Before You Order
How do I measure my walls?
Measuring your walls is simple and essential to make sure you order the right amount of material. Let's break it down into 4 steps;
First - Measure the width and height of your wall (or the area you will be installing)
Second - Take the width of your wall in inches and divide by 24, to determine how many 2’ wide panels you will need to order
Third - Select the appropriate panel height on the product page.
Lastly - place your order and get ready to install!
*Example - A wall that is 12’x8’ would require six 2’x8’ panels.

Does wallpaper work on all paint types?
Paints that contain latex/silicone, stain-repellent, and nonstick formulas may prevent proper or long-lasting adhesion.
It is standard practice to allow recently painted surfaces to dry for 30 days and outgas before installation.
Installation
How do I prepare my walls before installing?
First, make sure your wall is as smooth as possible. Patch any holes and fix any damaged surfaces.
Second, remove any picture frames, hooks, light fixtures, switch plates, or anything else that could obstruct your installation.
Lastly, wipe your wall with a dry cloth to remove as much dust and dirt as possible. To thoroughly clean, use Isopropyl alcohol to wipe down your wall with a clean cloth
How do I clean and maintain my wallpaper and decor after installation?
Our wallpaper is water-resistant and easy to maintain, just give it a wipe with a damp cloth!
We recommend avoiding using cleaning solutions, chemicals, or abrasive clothes.
Can I install wallpaper on top of existing wallpaper?
We do not recommend installing overtop existing wallpaper. Simply because if the bottom layer of wallpaper starts to peel you can not separate the two.
