Our products are printed specifically for each order, so all sales are considered final. Should you encounter any problems with your wallpaper or identify manufacturing defects, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@2dee.ca for assistance or to initiate an exchange.
If you need to cancel your order, kindly reach out to us at support@2dee.ca within 6 hours of placing your order. Please note that samples and sale items are non-returnable and considered final sales.
We take utmost care in inspecting and packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. In the rare case of damage during transit, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us at support@2dee.ca to arrange for a replacement. Kindly retain all packaging materials for the claims process.
